TERMS OF SERVICE
• Rushed or short deadline orders will NOT be accepted (First comes first serves basis).
• Please order via VGen or filling in Google Form .
• Communication will be done on Vgen DM or preferred socials (Non Vgen orders).
• Please make sure reference photos, sheets or request ideas are READY before inquiry.
• Payment is required to secure a slot.
• All work file will be removed after 30 days from downloadable platform. Please save your order after receiving.
• Do NOT use any artworks for machine learning/NFT.
DENIED CONTENTS
• NSFW (PayPal is listening. Available on VGen only).
• Discriminative or Political theme.
• Architectural or Landscape.
• Inappropriate depiction of minors.
PRICING
• Icon/Portrait & Fullbody Chibi - 15$
• Bust Up - 35$
• Thigh up - 55$ADD ONS
• +1 character - 50% of base price
• Complex background - 80% of base price
PAYMENT
• Prices are in USD. Only Paypal available for non-Vgen orders.
• Upfront or split payment (There will be 50% nonrefundable deposit applied for split option).
• Completion of payment with either options will be considered as confirmed slot on queue waitlist. Refund available to cancel slot in case client's slot has yet to start.
REFUND POLICY
REFUND AVAILABLE UNDER THESE CONDITIONS:
• Upfront payment option, which applies according to stages of works done:
> Before sketch (100% refund)
> Thumbnail and sketch (75% refund)
> Color rough and Lineart (50% refund)
> Render (25% refund)
> Final delivery (No refund)• 50% non-refundable deposit for split payment option can be refunded IF client's slot has yet to start.
• Refunds will be issued 100% if works are failed to be delivered due to reasons such as: poor communication, rude behaviors or personal circumstances.
REVISION
• Free THREE turns of revisions before entering Render stage (Layer merging will start from this stage. Major revision may take time to re-sketch and re-color).
• Revision beyond Render stage will results in additional 5/10/15$ based on complexity.
DEADLINE & DELIVERY
• Confirmed payment =/= confirmed start day. Client may need to wait 2 weeks to 1 month for prior commission to be completed before their order can be started.
• Works will take from 1 week to 1 month depending on commission type, sizes and contents.
• Clients will receive PNG (300 DPI) and original CSP file via Drive link.
• Final products will be deleted from Drive link after 30 days. Please SAVE right after.
USAGE & IP RIGHTS
• Client retains free usage of final product WITH credit.
• Artist retains IP and usage rights of final product for online promotion ONLY.
• Artist holds no rights to resell or merchandise said commissioned products.
